What is Chakra Balancing? – Modern science has had many benefits, of course, but there have also been negative ones. One of these has been that the survival and significance of the spiritual being within the physical being has been ignored in people’s minds.

The Hindu thought of life, however, has kept the flame of spiritual-healing burning amidst the advancements in science and technology.

In truth, our bodies are made up of seven primary and many thousands of secondary Chakras. Chakra is a Sanskrit word for Wheel of Light, and the theory is that these Chakras rotate and continuously send off vibrations in a healthy human being.

There can be a blockage in one or more of the Chakras causing energy to flow improperly resulting in an imbalance ultimately causing problems that manifest in the physical world.
