If it were possible for you to reclaim one third of your life to make improvements in your life and to learning new skills, sure you would make use of it. Have you ever been in the situation where you wanted to take on a new skill or wanted to make some changes to some habits you may have or commit yourself to personal growth but struggle to do so? The good news is, although not very familiar, sleep learning might just have the solution to your struggle.
Professor Leonid A. Bliznitchenko is of the opinion that sleep learning is a practice that transpires when you are in a normal condition of sleep. It has to do with the provision and retention of information by your psyche while asleep. The sleep learning procedure are commence from the moment you fall into a deep tranquil sleep.
It has been recorded that the Egyptian Priest’s made use of distinctive drowsing rooms where the new initiates were taught clandestine information. This was all done on the same theory that is known to us as sleep learning today.
It is clear that the priests did not know what caused the evident results from making use of sleep learning, but was well aware that their method increased the speed with which the new comer priests learned the secrets for their duties.
Plenty of research has been done in this regard and although we are able to understand a little bit more and better in certain instances, the exact working of sleep learning remains a mystery.
From the more ancient “modern” information on sleep learning dates back to Germany, done by Vetterstrand as far as the end of the 1800 century and the newest, a quarter century later by Huxley where a whole chapter discuss his findings in his book, “Brave New World Revisited in 1958.

Lucid Dreaming or Conscious Dreaming is the art of being aware that one is actually dreaming. In simple words, while in dream, you are aware that all the events are not happening in fact, or “It’s Just A Dream!” kind of situation. There is certain amount of control you can exercise while lucid dreaming, which is not the case in normal dreams.
Having control over your dreams is an incredible experience. Everything which you thought you couldn’t keep from holding you back from your goals just falls before you and you have new found mental clarity, even when awake.
But is it as simple as it looks like? Can everyone experience lucid dreaming and bring to life what otherwise seems difficult or impossible in this reality?
In fact, lucid dreaming is not too difficult an ask. If you are determined to learn this powerful medium of expressing your inner desires, there are tried and tested ways of achieving this.
You need to know what you hope to achieve through lucid dreaming. Are you after something specific which can help you with other areas of your life, or do you just want to turn your dreams into a playpen of the imagination? Whatever your reason for wanting to learn lucid dreaming, know your goal and be determined to reach it.
Then starts the actual process of learning this art. Firstly, you need to learn a process, called Dream Recall, i.e., recalling a dream you had the previous night. Unless you remember a dream, you can’t achieve the stage of lucid dreaming.
The process is slow, but it can be achieved by maintaining a Dream Recall Register in which you enter as many details as you can remember about your dreams daily. Slowly but surely, you’ll realize that you can remember even the most vivid details of your dreams. Periodic reality checks during the course of dreaming will train your mind to be aware in dreams.
Some individuals have found that the time for preparing the subconscious mind for experiencing lucid dreaming is reduced greatly by having hypnosis. You have the ability to continually recall your dreams by having one or two sessions, in most cases. Once this occurs your mind is then conditioned for lucid dreaming.
While in a lucid dream, it may happen that suddenly, you are wide-awake. However, with the power that you have attained so far, you’ll be easily able to recollect all the important details of the dream. Now, just try to relax and sleep again, while continuing the dream with the desired directions. When you wake up, you’ll realize the real power of conscious dreaming you just experienced the night before.
Another good way of inducing lucid dreams is to wake a few hours earlier than usual, then go back to sleep. The dreams you will have in these few hours are the easiest to make into lucid dreams. You may even find yourself unsure whether you have been sleeping or just thinking to yourself as you lay in bed. Just set your alarm for a few hours early, wake and reset the alarm and then go back to sleep and you will be more likely to have lucid dreams.
This is easy to do by setting your alarm to chime just a couple of hours before you would normally wake up. Once the alarm goes off, simply wake up and turn it off and then go right back to sleep. You can enjoy your lucid dreams. In order for you to pinpoint the best time for lucid dreaming it is most helpful to keep a record of your personal sleeping patterns.
Lucid dreaming can actually help you fight sleeping disorders, like insomnia. Whenever you are struggling to sleep at the normal sleeping hours, you just need to tell your mind that sleeping equals lucid dreaming, and your mind will take care of all the thoughts that are preventing you from falling asleep.
Up until recently learning the art of lucid dreaming was a time consuming process. However recent advances in sound technologies have made things drastically easier for anyone to experience lucid dreaming.
Binaural audio is one of the most reliable methods of getting people to have lucid dreams.
Binaural audio involves listening to two slightly different frequencies in each ear. This synchronizes brain waves to the state where lucid dreaming is most likely to occur and at the same time causes deep relaxation.
Before this technology was available the only sure way to be able to lucid dream to order was by the way of meditation techniques which often took years to learn and the perseverance and determination required was too much of a struggle for most people.
Particularly in conjunction with hypnotherapy, binaural sound waves can get your mind ready for lucid dreaming, sometimes as early as your first attempt!

Not sure which resume format to use for your next resume? It can be a confusing process. If your work history is not very strong and/or you have gaps in your work history then the best resume format for your situation may be the functional resume format.
The functional resume format is different from the chronological resume format in that it focuses on skills rather than experience. This is accomplished by grouping the resume according to skill categories rather than listing your work history first. Like the chronological resume format, the functional resume format will begin with an objective statement. This is where you reveal the goals that you hope to accomplish and how you believe your skills will help the employer accomplish their goals as well. In place of a longer objective statement, you may also choose to instead write an occupational title on your functional resume.
Another area you may also wish to include on your functional resume is a summary of qualifications. Most people like to select this section first to show the employer how their skills would apply to the open position and what those skills can bring to the job. This can be a good way to catch the employer’s attention and help your resume to stand out from the crowd.
One area that you need to be careful of when using a functional resume format is blank space, which can happen even with a great resume example to learn from. While you certainly do not want to have a resume that is too lengthy, you should be aware when you are writing a functional resume that it does tend to lend itself to blank spaces more than the chronological resume format. You do not want a lot of blank space on your resume - if so, you might want to choose a combinations of types for your resume.
With the combination resume format, you place your work history at the end of the resume. You should also make sure that you list any educational achievements or degrees that you have on your resume as well. In addition, if you have achieved any special accomplishments, such as certifications or licensures then you should list those on your resume. When used appropriately, a functional resume or a combination type resume will help you to have the best resume to meet your employment goals.

Just a few very short years ago I was only a regular pizza boy. Yes, that young kid with pizza sauce all over his shirt knocking on your door with your pizza. A good night would be $25 or $50 in tips and that was actually to me really good for the night.
I had come from a good family, but we never had a lot of money. For months and well actually years I spent time and money really trying to learn the secrets to making money online. I was so sure I could do it and I knew the stories of those guys making so much money was going to be my story.
Well they didn’t work.
I never stopped working on trying new programs. This after all was just in my spare time after I got off work from the pizza boy job. Which wasn’t that much time as I was working a lot of hours.
Then I found a program to make money online that was unlike the other ones I had tried in one single factor. It was more money than any I had ever tried before. A whole lot more. Yet, I had tried all the cheap programs and go no where. I just knew that I could and would find my online success so I did not quit. The thing I really was digging and happy about was with high dollar programs – even if I just made a few sign ups I was making way more than I did at my pizza boy job.
It wasn’t that I had never made any sales or signed anyone up in all the other programs I had tried. It just happened that I was never able to sign up that many people and it didn’t pay the bills making dinky commissions in those other programs.
Then that first month after I started because of how I did it. I felt like this guy understood me more because our stories were a lot a like and he just like me had spent years trying programs to make money and failed.
So I took his advice and I made a website where I put up videos to make money online and told them how I was going to take off and I was going places. They could come with me and join and ride the wave with mem or they could sit and get left in the dust. I know that sounds pretty funny and yet that was my mindset and how I knew I was going to make money. Well I went on in the next month to get the same number of sign ups but because my commission was so high I pocketed over $10,000 that month! I had about the same number of people who joined me as I did in other programs the only difference was because the new program was so expensive the commissions were really high.
I reinvested all the money I made (well almost) back into my new business to market it alot. I was not stopping at $10,000 a month – I was going for the million dollar income. The next month I was shocked when I doubled my income! Within 6 months I was pulling 6 figures a month! The thing that pushed me to a whole new level was when I got the idea and I had never seen this before to post my earnings on a video online so people could see I was for real! Well that’s how I did it. If you’d like to see more of my videos and meet my business team and people I have helped go on to make 6 figure incomes then come check out http://www.PizzaBoyClub.com

Gums bleed for a reason and that reason is usually not good. Healthy gum tissue doesn’t just bleed for no reason. Just as with the skin on your hands, it should not bleed. Likewise, bleeding gums are abnormal.
Barring any real physical injuries, your gums should not bleed. If your gums bleed while brushing and flossing, that is a classic sign of gum disease. And you know that gum disease is not fun.
Many people are suffering from periodontal disease. And you should be aware of it. The reason for this is that a lot of people have peridontal disease which is also known as gum disease. The sad part is that most don’t know that they have it.
Gum disease leads to tooth loss if allowed to progress. But do you know that an awful lot of people suffer from bleeding gums and they still don’t understand that they have gum disease. Yet, you can have this problem and your gums may not bleed at all. So you can’t rely on the fact that you haven’t experiened any bleeding of the gums to be conclusive of anything.
I would hazard a guess that you don’t want to lose your teeth and if you have lost some, you probably would like to keep the rest?
Who would blame you? I also want to keep my teeth and I know you probably do too and that is why I keep talking about it. I believe that people should be more aware of the problem.
The gum tissue is vulnerable, think about how much food you eat. Do you floss and brush on a regular basis? If you do, that is wonderful, but you may not have realized that brushing and flossing may not be enough to prevent gum disease.
There are plenty of people who brush and floss at the frequency that their dentist recommends but they stil lend up developing gum disease, scary isn’t it. It would be to your benefit to stop bleeding gums from developing into greater problems.
